Rob is a growth-focused CMO/CCO with over 25 years’ experience leading brand, digital, and commercial strategy across D2C, B2B, and reseller models.
He blends creative brand thinking with commercial rigour, turning insights into action and strategy into revenue.
Recognised by DMA, IDM, and the NY Marketing Association, Rob has built and led high-performing teams across marketing, sales, eCommerce, UX, and digital in London and NYC.
He thrives on spotting growth opportunities, enhancing customer experience, and representing bold brands with impact.
Katherine brings more than 16 years in the food production world, combining entrepreneurial experience with deep operational insight.
She has successfully run her own ice cream business for the last decade and worked across family food ventures. Katherine helps small food producers and manufacturers scale — from production planning and audit readiness to staff management and process improvement.
Her approach is practical, people-focused, and grounded in real-world experience.
